TRAINING METHOD
Discover
Prior to the training, we send participants an online 360° feedback form. Their individual expectations are also gauged. This is where initial communication with the trainer is possible.
Deliver
- Practice-based ½-day in-company training.
- 2 non-consecutive individual coaching sessions.
- Practical exercises, cases are drawn up by mutual agreement and come from the managers’ context.
- Mnemonic sheets tips & tricks.
- Action plan and objectives to be achieved.
