ASSESSMENT METHOD
Stap 1: Intake
Intake with the relevant manager or HR department:
- What are the main challenges of the position (‘must haves & nice to haves’)?
- What are the potential obstacles to be checked off?
Stap 2: Digital test
- The candidate takes a digital test.
- We work with the DISC analysis (PeopleKeys – DISC Insights USA; certification number VAH Consulting 42034).
- Depending on the profile, the analysis to be taken focuses on Sales, Leadership or Communication.
Stap 3: Screening
Assessment interview with the candidate: targeted screening to uncover the potential candidate’s real talent and potential work points.
Stap 4: Debriefing
- Verbal debriefing to the (HR) manager.
- Comprehensive report regarding the candidate’s strengths and weaknesses regarding natural behaviour, adjustments in work environment/team, candidate’s reactions under stress, attitude and skills.
