Individual coaching
Our personal coachings are always purposefully built.
The individual coaching courses take an average of 2-3 months divided into at least five sessions. This gives the coachee time to put the touched learning points into practice and to grow in the treated matter. If desired, a coaching evolution can be reported to the managers and/or HR department.
Sales coaching on the job
Our sales coach goes along with the seller on the road during effective customer visits. This is followed by a 1 hour debrief of the sales conversation between the seller and the sales coach.
This hand-on approach always guarantees a major impact. Ideally, sales coaching on the job is combined with prior sales training.
Coaching by the fire
Tired of sitting in hotel and seminar rooms? Fancy a completely different approach?
VAH Consulting invites you in the evening in our Coaching House around our large fireplace to discuss your Business questions with an expert. Optionally, this can be combined with a wine tasting.
