We are looking for a Consultant Trainer
Who are we
VAH consulting is a training and consulting office located in Halle (Belgium) with passion and expertise for sales, management, leadership and communication training. We also offer coaching and sales advice to our partners.
VAH Consulting was founded in 2009 by the experienced trainer Gauthier Van Assche and is active in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Your mission
As a consultant trainer you expand your customer portfolio by actively prospecting and selling. You also provide relevant training in relation to your expertise and interests.
You participate fully in the development of VAH Consulting.
Your activities
- Prospecting of new customers through various possible channels (telesales, mailing, visits, …)
- Guiding clients in identifying their needs and developing services / training that meet their expectations.
- Manage existing customers by building a close working relationship.
- You provide training with passion and expertise in our areas of activity.
- You follow up your customer portfolio throughout the projects. (needs analysis, quotation, training structure, administrative coordination, evaluation, etc.)
- You actively use our CRM and training packages and services (online surveys, e-learning, exercises, cases, …)
- You build new products and training in relation to the demand and needs of the market.
Your profile
- You have a university degree or higher education diploma (or an equivalent experience).
- You can convince well,
- You just love sales (or gonna love it)
- You are an excellent communicator: you can communicate easily in front of a group.
- You can quickly get started with the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and use various standard IT tools.
- You like to work nomadic and are not afraid to go out on the job (the job requires a lot of traveling).
- Full time up to 3/5 possible
